Can I really make unlimited changes to the words and pictures?

Yes! You are free to log in and change the content of your site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and make as many changes as you like, at no additional cost. We just ask that the content is within the bounds of our acceptable usage policy.

Who's QuikWeb?

We are a subsidiary of The Hammick Group who have been designing web sites and providing PC support and maintenance since 1998.

Can I add more pages to my site?

A standard QuikWeb site has one page. We can however offer an upgrade to a package with more pages at a very reasonable price. Please contact us by emailing support@quikweb.co.uk detailing your requirements.

Can I use the hosting for other pages/images/files?

The hosting provided with a QuikWeb site is only for use with QuikWeb pages. Unfortunatley we are not able to open these up for use with other files. (e.g. FTP Access will not be offered).

Will the domain name belong to me?

Absolutley! The domain name will be registered in your name. If you do ever wish to move your domain away from us, we will charge a small administration fee of £30.00 to cover our costs in doing so...But then we cant think of any reason why you'd want to go else where!

Do you offer bespoke web development?

Yes! In fact thats where we do most of our work. If you have any idea for a development you would like to see, please contact us by emailing support@quikweb.co.uk

How does the 14 day money back guarantee work?

Simple! If for any reason you are not happy with your new website, we will refund all funds to you. Your website will be taken offline. Please note: If you wish to take your domain name with you, we will deduct a small administration fee of £30.00 to cover our costs.

How much will QuikWeb cost me?

The initial fee is £99 which includes a 1 page website, with the option to edit the words and photos. We give you hosting FREE for the first year. Subsequent years hosting are charged at £99 per year, which includes the cost of keeping your domain name registration current. Also included in the annual hosting fee is our excellent telephone and email support - We are just a phone call or email away, should you have any problems or queries.

How do I pay for my QuikWeb?

We accept all major credit cards. You may also pay by cheque, although please bear in mind that this will delay the setup process by between 7-10 days whilst your cheque clears.

How long will it take to set my site up?

We aim to have your site up and running within 24 hours of you placing the order (Subject to cleared payment).

How quickly do you respond to support emails?

We aim to answer support emails within 24 hours, although this will often be alot quicker.

Can I move my QuikWeb site to another hosting company?

Unfortunatley not. QuikWeb works on the basis of having lots of website stored centrally on our servers which dramatically reduces down time and maintenance costs. This is how we are able to offer QuikWeb sites at such reasonable prices.
